WELCOME

The Scottsmoor Community Association is a group of friends and neighbors in Scottsmoor and the surrounding area dedicated to “Neighbors Helping Neighbors.” We staff and maintain the Scottsmoor Meeting Hall, and hold monthly meetings to enjoy community fellowship and discuss political events affecting Scottsmoor and the surrounding rural areas of North Brevard County. We sponsor an annual Community Picnic, as well as community Christmas activities and other social and educational events. We foster community connection during times of crisis and need, and together make our community stronger.

WE ARE NOT A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, and embrace a rural, “live and let live” philosophy. We would NEVER try to dictate to members of our community how your property should be used, nor what color your house should be, nor how many vehicles you may park on your property.
