| Scottsmoor Community Yard Sale & Craft Show & Bake Sale Scottsmoor Meeting Hall May 5, 2012 Outside Booths 10'x10' and are priced at $10. Shaded Booths 10'x10' in the Metal Building are priced at $20. Inside Booths in the meeting hall are 6'x10' and priced at $30. Scottsmoor Community Association members (dues paid for 2012) receive 50% off these prices. Booth price includes 1 table & 2 chairs. A non-refundable fee of 50% of booth rental must be paid to reserve a booth. Remaining booth and rental fees must be paid by Saturday morning, May 5. Make all checks payable to SCOTTSMOOR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. No cancelations after April 28, 2012. Booth setup begins Friday afternoon, May 4th at 3pm. We will lock the buildings Friday night, but the Scottsmoor Community Association is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. If you set up your booth on Friday evening, you agree to hold harmless the Scottsmoor Community Association of any loss or damage to your items or booth. The yard sale hours will be 8am to 4pm on Saturday, May 5. Someone will be available at the Meeting Hall beginning at 6am Saturday morning. If you did not set your booth up on Friday evening, please do so Saturday morning before 8am. You are responsible for manning you own booth, pricing your own goods, and collecting payment in your own booth. Please bring your own change. The Scottsmoor Community Association will not have change available. Please confine your items inside your own booth space and do not infringe on other booths. No food or drink sales will be allowed in any booth. The Scottsmoor Community Association will be offering a food and drink concession along with baked goods inside the Meeting Hall during the yard sale. Any unsold items must be removed by 6pm on Saturday evening. If you don't want your articles back, pack them up and leave them in your booth.
