WELCOME TO SCOTTSMOOR!

 

The Scottsmoor Community Association is a group of friends and neighbors in Scottsmoor and the surrounding area dedicated to “Neighbors Helping Neighbors”. 

We staff and maintain the Scottsmoor Meeting Hall, and hold monthly meetings to enjoy community fellowship and discuss political events affecting Scottsmoor and the surrounding rural areas of North Brevard County. 

We sponsor an annual 4th of July Community Picnic, as well as community Christmas activities and other social and educational events.

WE ARE NOT A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, and embrace a rural, “live and let live” philosophy. 

We would NEVER try to dictate to members of our community how your property should be used, nor what color your house should be, nor how many vehicles you may park on your property.

Want to begin a club, crafting group, join our "Walk Away the Pounds" class, or start another excersise progrm or activity in Scottsmoor?   We’re always looking for activities to offer our members.

We invite you to join our association and share our dream of “country living” here in rural North Brevard County, where we truly believe in “Neighbors Helping Neighbors”.
