SCOTTSMOOR MEETING HALL
The Scottsmoor Meeting Hall is available to rent for parties, wedding receptions, family gatherings, classes, baby showers, memorial receptions, and other activities.
The hall includes a kitchen, bathrooms, large garage, parking, two large interior rooms, air conditioning and water. Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee but may also be rented separately.

LOCATION
The meeting hall is located at 3724 Magoon Ave, Scottsmoor, FL in North Brevard County. Click this link to see the location on Google Maps.

The hall is just two miles from Exit 231 off of I-95 and is close to Mims, Titusville, and New Smyrna, Florida.

Contingent upon availability, we provide use of the hall free of charge for bereavement gathering to members, residents, veterans and their families.

Adherence to ALL Federal, State, and County fire codes, licensing and permits is responsibility of the renter.

Any damage to the building will be repaired and the expense will be charged to the renter.

Any broken or missing items will be replaced at the expense of the renter.

Renters must clean all rooms and items used during the course of rental. If they do not clean, they will be charged $40.00/hour cleaning fee.

Delivery to your location & pickup afterward is free.

Employee hourly rate is $15.00/hr. No discount given on this rate.
Renter means the person whose name is on the rental agreement. Scottsmoor Community Association is not responsible for any games, toys or objects used on property that are not the property of Brevard County or Scottsmoor Community Association. Prior authorization is needed for Bounce Houses, water slides and other similar items.
